These Terms of Use ("Terms") explain the rules, boundaries, and expectations that apply when you access or use the Live&Love website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Live&Love Project, Inc. ("Live&Love," "Liveand.Love," "L&L," "we," "us," or "our").

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. What Live&Love Is — and What It Is Not

Live&Love is a reflective and supportive digital space designed to help people slow down, check in with themselves, and engage more intentionally with their inner and outer worlds.

Through gentle prompts, short practices, and thoughtful experiences, Live&Love encourages:

• Self-awareness and emotional reflection
• Small moments of kindness and connection
• Greater presence in daily life
• Healthy alternatives to passive scrolling
• Light, personal reflection in a calm and supportive space

Live&Love is intentionally designed to feel supportive without being prescriptive. There is no "right" way to use the Services, no expectation of constant participation, and no requirement to share more than feels comfortable. You remain in control of what you engage with and how you interpret your experience.

At the same time, it's important to be clear about boundaries.

Live&Love is not:

• A medical service
• A mental health or therapeutic service
• A crisis support or emergency service

The Services are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

Live&Love is intended for adults.

The Services are designed to be inclusive and approachable for people across many life stages and experiences, but they are not directed to children.

To use Live&Love, you must be 18 years of age or older. By accessing or using the Services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

We do not knowingly collect or permit the use of the Services by anyone under 18. If we become aware that an individual under 18 has accessed the Services or provided personal information, we will take reasonable steps to restrict access and delete the information, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

3. Your Account and Responsibilities

Some parts of Live&Love may ask you to create an account so we can offer a more personalized and consistent experience.

If you create an account, we ask that you:

• Share information that is accurate and up to date
• Keep your login details private and secure
• Let us know if you believe someone else has accessed your account without permission

You're responsible for activity that happens through your account. In rare cases, if an account is used in ways that interfere with the normal operation of the Services, violate these Terms, or compromise the security or reliability of the platform, we may need to limit or suspend access.

Live&Love is built on trust, curiosity, and mutual respect. It works best when people use it thoughtfully and in good faith.

5. Your Reflections and Other User Content

You own the content you choose to share through Live&Love, including reflections, responses, messages, or other submissions ("User Content").

When you share User Content with us, you're allowing Live&Love to use it in ways that are reasonably necessary to provide, support, personalize, and improve the Services. This includes using your content to maintain continuity in your experience, develop and refine features, and better understand how Live&Love is used.

In some cases, this work requires User Content to remain connected to your account. In other cases, we may review information in aggregated or de-identified form to understand patterns, improve effectiveness, or conduct internal research.

We do not claim ownership over your personal reflections, and we handle User Content only as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

6. AI-Supported Features

Some Live&Love features use automated or AI-supported systems to help generate prompts, reflections, or responses.

These features are intentionally designed to be:

• Reflective rather than directive
• Supportive rather than prescriptive

AI-generated content:

• Does not replace human judgment or lived experience
• Is not professional, medical, or therapeutic advice
• May sometimes be incomplete, inaccurate, or lack full context

Live&Love's AI-supported features are meant to invite curiosity and reflection, not to provide answers or make decisions on your behalf. You remain responsible for how you interpret and engage with anything provided through the Services.

Any use of AI-supported features follows the same privacy principles described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Our Content and Intellectual Property

The design, features, text, prompts, branding, and other materials provided through Live&Love (excluding User Content) are owned by or licensed to Live&Love and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You're welcome to use this content for your personal, non-commercial use as part of your experience with the Services. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Services without our prior written permission.

This includes attempting to scrape, bulk download, reverse engineer, or systematically extract content or data from Live&Love, whether manually or through automated means.

If we become aware of use that meaningfully violates these boundaries, we may take appropriate steps to protect the Services and our rights, including limiting access.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

From time to time, Live&Love may include links to third-party websites or services we believe are relevant, thoughtful, or helpful. We review the links we share at the time they are included.

However, we don't control third-party services, and their content, availability, or practices may change over time. We aren't responsible for updates, changes, or actions taken by third-party sites, and any interactions you have with them are governed by their own terms and policies.

Our Privacy Policy explains how third-party links relate to your information. If you come across a link that feels out of place or inconsistent with the spirit of Live&Love, we encourage you to let us know so we can review it.

9. Service Availability and Disclaimers

We put care and intention into building Live&Love, but no digital service is perfect.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." While we work to keep Live&Love reliable and meaningful, we can't guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

Live&Love is designed to offer reflective experiences, not certainty or guarantees. Because people use the Services in many different ways — and make their own choices based on what resonates — it's important to set reasonable limits on responsibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Live&Love is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or goodwill
• Decisions or actions taken based on use of the Services

If liability is found, Live&Love's total liability will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim arose, or (b) $100 USD.
