Micro-actions of kindness for yourself and those you care about
Live&Love is a purpose-driven digital platform bringing more kindness, connection, and care into people's everyday life through small, meaningful micro-actions. By offering these quick "Sparks" which can be done anywhere and anytime, Live&Love makes it easy for anyone — even skeptics — to have a way to feel a bit lighter, more connected, and to create a ripple of good in the world.
Why
I bought the domain liveand.love in 2018 with a feeling it would matter someday. At the time, my plate was full — raising my boys, leading a growing company, and keeping life moving. Still, I couldn’t shake a growing unease about the loneliness, unhappiness, and division I was increasingly hearing about and experiencing in the world.
For years, the idea felt both too big and too undefined. But I kept coming back to a simple question: if negativity was spreading so quickly, how could kindness, connection, and care do the same?
More recently, I finally had the space to give it real attention, and Live&Love took shape — built on the belief that small micro-actions ("Sparks") could add up to put more love into our lives and world. For ourselves, and the people and communities we care about.
How
We believe you already have these instincts — and our hope is that Live&Love will just help you tap into them more easily. Our goal is not to be prescriptive, or to "self-help" anyone, but rather to meet people where they are so that comfortably — and with some fun and meaning — help you show up better for yourself and for the people you care about.
