You can explore, try Sparks, and come back anytime without paying. We built Live&Love so that it could be available to anyone and everyone. If we ever introduce optional paid features, there will always be a free way to use the core experience.

This is because we truly want as many people to be able to have easy ways to feel lighter, better, and kinder in their lives. Learn more on our About Us page.

Most Sparks take between 30 seconds to 3 minutes.

And it's completely up to you how many you'd like to do. You can do one and move on, or stay for a few if you have the time. Sparks are designed to fit naturally into your day, even in between other things.

No, you are welcome to start using Live&Love right away without creating an account.

If you choose to sign up later, it simply lets you save your progress, revisit Sparks you've done, and get more personalized suggestions over time. It's there if you want it, not something you have to do upfront.

Simply, a Spark is a short, guided micro activity designed to help shift your mood, perspective, or sense of connection in a small but meaningful way. It's meant to feel easy to step into, even on a busy day.

Sometimes a Spark might be something you already want to do more of, but don't get around to. Other times, it might be a new idea that feels a bit surprising – like a small "aha" moment.

If you'd like a bit more insight, Sparks include things like a:

  • Reset when things feel like a lot
  • Small stretch or breathing activity
  • Light, creative, or playful moment
  • Way to get space from your thoughts when you feel stuck
  • Moment outside or connecting with nature
  • A light connection with someone who comes to mind
  • And many more quick, easy micro actions

Nothing is meant to be complicated – just small, doable steps that can help you feel a little better in the moment.

Some people appreciate doing Sparks daily, while others do them weekly or just come back occasionally when they have a moment, or want a reset or a shift. You are completely welcome to use it at whatever cadence you'd like.

There's no expectation or streak to maintain, it's there whenever it feels useful for you.

Over time, you may start to notice small, real shifts in how you feel and how you show up for yourself – and the people you care about.

That can look like:

  • Reaching out to friends or family more often, and feeling more connected because of it
  • Having a few simple ways to reset when stress starts to build
  • Noticing thoughts or feelings more clearly, instead of staying stuck in them
  • Finding it a little easier to shift your mood, even if just a bit
  • Spending a little less time scrolling, and more time doing things that actually feel good

Sparks also tend to ripple outward. A quick message, a small moment of appreciation, or a kind gesture can land with someone else in a meaningful way – often more than you expect.

Over time, you may find yourself creating more small, positive moments for yourself and for others, too.

Although we try to make the Sparks land well, it might happen that a Spark won't resonate with you.

If so, you have a couple of options:

  • If you get to the Spark and you choose not to try it, you can go back in your browser to pick another.
  • If you do try the Spark, afterwards you'll be asked "How did it feel for you?" Please let us know by selecting the "meh" face. Your feedback helps us get better at showing you Sparks that feel more aligned with you.

The questions help us understand where you are in the moment, as well as what tends to matter to you more generally so we can suggest Sparks that feel more relevant and meaningful.

Sometimes that's about what you might need right now, like a reset or a shift in pace. Other times, it's about what you care about more broadly, like connection, reflection, or how you want to show up in your life.

That way, the Sparks you see aren't random – they're more likely to align with what actually feels helpful to you.
